All financing is subject to application, approval, underwriting, and verification of information. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

To apply for funding, you must:

• Operate a legitimate business registered in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications and communications

4. Application Process

When you submit a funding application, you authorize FST Ventures LLC to:

• Review your business and personal credit reports
• Verify financial information and business documentation
• Contact you via phone, email, or text message (if you opt in) regarding your application
• Share your information with service providers necessary to process your application

Applications do not guarantee approval or specific funding terms. Final terms are determined based on our underwriting process and are subject to change until a formal agreement is executed.

Consent and Enrollment

Message Frequency and Charges
